A new use for the Tram and Bus Garage (Miller St)

I note that the former tram and bus garage (opened Jan 1904) has now a new use, or at least about a third of it has a new use with the liberal use of the breeze block has now blocked of most of the building, since NXWM sold the building over a year ago it has been empty, and it now set to become a factory they have started to move the machines in to the building, now I suspect that it will not be a new factory but one that is moving from an established factory (local) to the former tram and bus garage (I may be wrong so I am not going to name them in case I am wrong,) no fly's are on me but you can see where they have been

On another matter in Miller St a well known coach/bus? company are to move in to Miller St they are at the moment getting the ground ready for the coaches/buses? I aint going to name them till they move in for the same reason as above they are to move on to what was a car park for a small factory opposite
