A New Roof on an Old Tram and Bus Garage

I note that they have put a new roof on the former Tram and Bus Garage on the Highgate Road, there was talk that is was to become a Market Hall of sorts, does anyone know what is to happen to this building
 
In the Birmingham Big City Plan, there was a reference to strengthening housing and providing community support in the Highgate area, might be something to do with that. You can view it on the Council website, I think.
