2 Marriages in St Martins, help needed please

skylark

Proud to be a Brummie !!
Hello folks, I have a faded printout copy of a marriage 01/12/1806 between THOMAS FARMER & ELIZABETH CHANDLER, Thomas is a widower, & I am sure that Thomas signed his own name....so I have now found on the IGI a marriage between Nancy Wallis & THOMAS FARMER 10/04/1792 again at St Martin's. I wonder if anyone can look at these marriages certs & compare the signatures for THOMAS FARMER ?? You never know this might be the missing link to that 1st marriage of Thomas Farmer !!!

Thank you,
Margaret.

sorry margaret but on the 1792 marriage thomas farmer just left his mark (cross) for signature. nancy wallis was a widow but thomas was a bachelor.
witnesses were william arrowsmith and sarah perry.

Ah ! Probably not the same Thomas Farmer then..back to the drawing board !! Thank you for doing the lookup for me...appreciated (again).

Margaret.
