1939 Census Entry

Hi,
I am struggling to find what "12.9.94 RX" means on this 1939 register entry, can anybody help?

The top entry of 28 Dec 1895 is my great uncle's birth, the bottom one is for his wife - but her D.O.B. must be wrong - they married in 1919, so from the Register she would have only been eleven!

If the 12.9.94 entry is intended as a correction, (which would seem a possibility) then this too seems to be wrong, as there is no corresponding record in GRO Indexes!

It does seem like a correction. If you want someone to have a check about then some names would be needed.

Thanks for the replies.
Since posting I have found her death index record on FreeBMD (in Q1 1979), which gives her date of birth as 12 Sep 1894, so it is clear that the entry is a correction - probably made when ID cards and Ration Books were issued. I need to dig a bit deeper for her birth index record as either it was not registered under the first name shown for her in the Register entry, or FreeBMD have not transcribed it..

Dec qtr 1894, Ashton-under-Lyme maybe?
