Would anyone have access to Electoral Rolls for the years 1969,70 or 71?

I'm trying to find the names of the people who were living here during these years.

Any other suggestions as to how I can find out would be helpful.

Eleanor is one of the people I was looking for. There were three others who lived in the house with Eleanor, John, (my brother) Martin and Mary. Unfortunately we can't remember the surname of Martin so iaybe someone might remember them - they were all students at Aston Uni.
