13 Court 5 Digbeth

Hi folks - I'm new to all this and have traced my Great Grandfather to his birthplace of '13 Court 5 Digbeth' in 1901. Strangely, the address on his baptismal record is Bk 47 Rea St. Can anyone help me find these locations and share anything you might know about them? Much appreciated, thank you! Darren.
 
I can find no listing of court 5 digbeth mentioned, and wonder if it might be no 5 court 13, which is shown in red on this c1889 map

In so far as the Rea St address is concerned, , no 47 is on the west side of Rea St, between the Cheapside and Moseley St Junctions, and is one of the houses in red on the map below.

Thank you Mikejee, tremendously helpful. The family appear to change address quite regularly, but it's turning out to be within a fairly small area.
