My dad Harry Palser had a carpet and Lino shop on the corner of Ladypool Rd and Highgate Rd until 1970’s
Has anyone got any pictures please?

There is this photo of the corner of Ladypool Road and Highgate Road but I'm not sure whether No 108 is in the view. In post#5182 (same thread) there is a modern view of the corner.
The corner of Ladypool Road and Highgate Road in 1952. No buildings seen in this pic are there today.

I saw that photo as well, but, on investigation, J.E.Mills is 182 Highgate Road. The map below shows 182 Highgate Road in red and 108 Ladypool Road in blue

For interest, an high altitude aerial view (date 1946) of the area. Buildings tinted blue and pink to correspond with the map.
