There was an Auctioneer and Estate agent named 'Jack Bowen' at 281 Hagley Road West from the 30's to the 50's. I believe he may have died around 1950. I can't find him or his family so perhaps his real name wasn't Jack but his family name was Bowen. He may not have been born in Birmingham, I...
