    Alcester Street HI. Newbie here. My great grandfather, Frank Arthur Harvey, lived at No. 2, Back 118, Alcester Street Birmingham in 1899. He was described as a Wire Worker. Does anyone have any information regarding the address and the existence of any wire related industry nearby?
