    Yes it was 92 Stoney Lane, previous to my mum renting the shop it was Buck Chinn's betting shop.

    If my memory serves me correctly I think my mum's second hand shop which she rented from Buck Chinn was a betting shop owned by him.

    My mum's shop was next to a fish and chip shop opposite where Nelson Mandela school is now. I don't know the number but the shop still stands although it now looks almost derelict. My mum and dad, Peggy and Christy, had the shop in the 70s. They used to drink in the Royal Oak pub.

    Great photo. My mother use to have a second hand shop on Stoney Lane in the 70s. She rented the shop from Buck Chinn.
