Hello Kathleen - since joining the site I have met up with Susan Laight and Lynn Hayes. I still keep in touch with Lynn. I have (unfortunately) found out that both Ann Turvey and Julie Cope have passed away. x

Hi Viv - did you have Speech Day Programmes for 1968 or 1969, as although I left in 1967 I would be interested to see them. x

Marsh Hill Girls Grammar Tech School

Thank you Viv - the Speech Day Programmes have helped me a lot in remembering names especially the 1967 one. I wondered what had happened to Pauline Ford but she still attended Marsh Hill in 1967 so she must have moved to another class. x

Hello Anne - once again thank you for all the names. The only one that I believe to be incorrect is Anne Durrant. I thought it looked like Irene Newman but I wasn't 100% sure. I have now made contact with Irene and she has confirmed it is her. x

Yes great post Viv - you reminded me of many things. Yes Bonny is still in Australia and I would imagine that she has retired. If my memory serves me right when I was in the 1st year she was in the 4th year. Suzanne

Oh that's amazing Anne - you have such a good memory for names. I used to see Lynn Hayes out of school which wasn't easy as I lived in Tile Cross and she lived in Handsworth but for whatever reason we lost contact. I look back and wished I had made more effort. It is so much easier now with...

Marsh Hill Girls Grammar Tech School

Hi - I was Suzanne Booton and I can't for the life of me remember which form I was in! My closest friends in my class were Lynn Hayes (lived in Handsworth) Susan Laight (lived near the Yew Tree) and Penny Higgins (lived near Stockland Green). The other girls that I can remember in my class were...
