    I have tried FreeBMD to try and trace descendants but can only go so far with that as you then have to find them in in telephone directories etc. I thought a quicker way would be to used this site.

    Hi all, Just found this thread. I'm sure there was a Springfield St in the Spring Hill area. I remember my father talking about it. The whole area has been bulldozed now. My grandfather was married in St Marks Church and he gives his address as Spring Hill. I will try and find out more.
