    Hi Have just found out that Sandwell Library has the old Chance Brothers records and that they are now search-able, but you have to go there to check. There was an article in The Bugle dated 20th April too. Delia

    Are there any descendants of James who married Margaret Wright 2 August 1885 out there?. Their daughter Margaret Elizabeth married Maurice Freedman in 1914 and daughter Violet Susan married Walter James Smith in 1918. James Henry's father was my 2 x great grandfather.
