    New John Street West & New John Street

    I know this is an old thread, but taking a punt :)...my Grandfather, Joseph I Starkey (my avatar is his photo from the 20's), is showing as living at 3/356 New John Street West in the 1939 census, but I assume that predates your family living there as the Rose family are shown as living at 4/356...
