I'm looking at who lived in my house in Handsworth and on 16.9.1912 it was bought by Herbert James Beresford and Frank William Beresford - manufacturers at the Cato Street Works, Vauxhall. I'm pretty sure that they must be connected with the Beresford Pumps company.
