    Sad news she passed away seven years ago Christmas coming. Did you know her and Arthur got divorced. She remarried in 1972 and had a very happy life. Lyn her daughter lives in Chicago and the boys still live in the midlands.

    Hi. Ray. I was born in Phillimore Rd in 46 lived there till 74 vaguely remember a Newton Family think they lived near bottom of the road near a family named Tranter I lived the top end near Wright Rd. Bish.

    Hi. Graham. Born 1946 did you know Nobby Worth think his name was John lived in your road. I knew Danny and Terry from the youth club in Edmund road. Still live in Brum Castle Bromwich had a look around the old end a few times makes your heart bleed, still nothing stays the same.

    Hi. Wendy and Phil. My cousins used to live in the maisonettes in the 50,s and 60,s Brian and Janet Nokes. they were on the ground floor and above them were twin boys. Did you know Danny Maguire and Terry i think his O'conner both lived in the maisonettes.

    Do any of you remember the Copes family who lived in Bridge Road near the church they had to daughters Carol who was my sisters bridesmaid can't remember the younger one. Bobg the Gardeners is still going but its a private club now not a working mans club. Bish

    Ho. The dread of the dentist when we were kids. The two dentists in Bowyer Road were just a few doors up from the Rock Pub one was Kings can't remember the other.

    My sister lived at 505 in the sixties with her young family. I think the last shop before the houses was Sam Saunders newsagent and general store.
