    Looking at this picture I would thinks it's a good guess it's dated around 1950 to 1960 the clue here is the image of a black child in the bottom right of the picture because around the time of the early 1900 the vast majority of people still never even seen a black person in in real life.

    I lived on bacon hill from 1962 to 1985 The labour exchange building is still there but obviously its not a labour exchange anymore. At one time it became a Muslim school for girls. The building has very minor alterations, dont know what its used for currently, Do you remember the post office...
