does anyone have any information about a birmingham jazz band called "Dollman Street Jazz Band" that played in that area about the 1930s.I believe that my uncle played in it
i remember my mother saying several times that her half-brother played in the Dollman Street Jazz Band in the 1930's, and although she was too young, he smuggled her in to watch a few times. Does anyone know anything about that band please?
I'm one of those on the Morris Dancers photo (not owning up to which one!), Mr Penny's school motao was "Exert to Excel". I remember Colin S. and Barbra T.
