    Stirchley High Street Shops in WW1

    Has anyone any pictures of Stirchley High Street shops in WW1 period. My Aunt was born at No. 268 in 1913, but family do not seem to appear on electoral roll records of that period. I am particularly interested what type of shop was at 268. There seems some evidence that the building numbers...

    Walter Harrison Pte Documents Found

    Hi Phil, I was amazed to see my old house on 'The News'. I lived next door to Dora from 1974 to 1984. It is incredible what gets lost from view! I take a keen interest in family history these days so I found this story fascinating. Well done! Peter
