    Red Caps photo

    Hello, I have a photograph of four ladies in red tassled hats and a walking stick each. I say walking stick, they are not of the age that they would need a walking stick. On the back of this photo it says "Alice Rogers Red Caps" can anyone enlighten me to what organisation these ladies belonged...
