i rebooted btw that was me :) i made changes to the performance

honestly it's sort of baffled me how well its running considering the specs of this old NAS box. I moved it to this to keep things going while we got a new server but i never for one second expected it to cope the specs are laughable! we went from a ryzen i5 CPU and 16GB of ram to a marvell...

ah hell yeah!! now thats a blast from the past id completely forgotten those!

hoping to pick up the new server on Monday evening, i don't think you will see much difference though if I'm honest, since putting the new drives in this temp machine the site seems to be working fine and its not even touching the current hardware I'm quite gobsmacked

ha same! i remember it well, though i was only 8 i think when it came out, i did play it in my early teens though. Amazing website though!!! have bookmarked it

there was a remake ok this in the 90's called rampage!

server has now been moved, let me know if there are any issues as always

i know im prepping things for the new server move so the site is up and down right now

how has the speed been for you? again not in the last 10 minutes or so as im running things

NOT INCLUDING the last 10 min as im running something

can i just ask, how has the site been the last 48 hours or so?

it will be what we call a lift and shift

indeedy :)

as i said weekl Always has been mike, traditionally it been done 3am Sunday every single week as an offsite backup. Daily backups were taken as well on a sperate drive but it was a catastrophic hardware failure that resulted in all parts going. images are the same as they were but yes being...
