I remember going to Swanshurst Park with my cousin in the late 50s. The family lived in Jutland Rd. We would have a bottle of pop and a waggon wheel. Happy memories.

I also assumed that it was mainly a commercial and shop area so the flat above does seem the most plausible explanation. Her surname was Sneath she was a salesperson, and her Father‘s profession was coach painter. Thanks for the map. Thank you for your help.
