As a Bluenose, I'm hanging a swag of garlic around my neck as I post this! It's my uncle, the little 'un in the middle of the front row, playing for Aston Commercial at Villa Park on May 12th 1943. Anyone out there on the photo or have relatives there?

Morning Miriam. It has the address written on the back as Little Sutton Lane but I thought I know a "Fox & Dogs" on Little Sutton ROAD, Mere Green. Not sure if the name of the road was previously "lane" or this pub was there but is no longer.

This is Handbook No 14, "The Fire Guards Handbook". It's only 6" x 4" but contains lots of interesting info about stirrup pumps, incedary bombs and how to rescue people.

Here's a programme I have from the Birmingham Theatre Royal. It was putting on "crest of the Wave" by Ivor Novello. Unfortunately I've not been able to find the date but I've contacted the chap who runs this interesting site (don't know if the link has been put up before)...

Thanks Mike, but I've renamed them with the word "New" preceeding the titles and still no good. On the "Manage Attachments" screen when I "Add Files", instead of appearing on the "Home" section it goes straight to the "Attachments" bit but the thumbnail is greyed out although the file name...
