    This book was presented to my grandfather in 1886 when he would have been 6 years old. The only Smith Street school I can find was in Hockley although at the time I think he lived in Floodgate Street which seems a fair distance away!

    Could probably have saved a load of time by just reinstalling the existing driver. Driver corruption is fairly common and the following method usually works. Go into Device Manager, click on the appropriate item to open the list and right click on the driver. Click 'uninstall device' then reboot...

I visited the office armed with the plot number and the lady there gave me the details of my gt-grandparents grave within a couple of minutes - section 24, 29 graves along and 7 up (on the map!) from the corner.
