    My neighbour had the Flying Scotsman trip for a present and went into town by train and walked to Moo(r St.He said exactly the same ( before it was online) that town was disgusting.He only rarely visits town and said will steer clear from now on. This takes me back to the old outside markets...

    Unusually for me (ha ha) I have been know to moan for years about the state of walkways in Brum....they get a few blocks up and either just leave them piled up around holes or put them back all over the place......with all the uneven surfaces and the bikes/scooters it was safer when you shared...

    Yes I do have this thanks.....Good news on the cert...it is him but apart from the new name it's not giving me any connections other than the person in attendance at his death who is someone he lodged with in Long Crendon in 1861....think the whole household came to Alvechurch to work and live.
