Thank you very much down memory Lane, very kind of you, I paid a large sum in the 70's for my PS 3755, came from Scotland from a 1920's "shooting Brake", from one of the large estates. Sold it, with my XJ6, to Peter Salt, Builder , Somersham Cambs, in 1983.

I think I have said before, my famous number was ROD 90, on a Wolsey!! I imagine it would be worth a pretty penny now, In the 1970's , I had my initials, PS 3755, plate on my Jaguar XJ6.

Even as a child, waiting directly over the road for a bus, I knew it was a special place, very imposing, and in the winter, with all the gas lamps lit , it was really magical to a kid.
