Hi all , yes I know that I have asked before but has anyone got any Tile Cross Pictures from pre 1970,s. Anne B had some and before I could open them she left the site.....its just that I gre up there so its of big interst to me....cheers.
DB.....yes its steeped in history and I love my city but.....just revel in the beauty of where you are....grass greener ..other side....u get my my drift.

Lady linda....my ancestors were all gunmakers in bham , can you check the names George Field and Jospeh Field please.
It struck a chord with me because my Grandad who lived in Gt Russell street in the 30,s tried in vain to save a family in a blazing house next door to him but was beaten back by the fire and two kids died and a rescuer died. It was in the evening mail , I know this as I went to the central...

Guys ..by 4pm today I need to print off and take home the map of Brum which pinpoints all the bombs that were dropped on Brum in ww2 blitz as he is doing a project about it at school. Cheers .
