    Hello Sarah, Thank you for your kind offer but I'm the husband of Paula77 you were kind enough to buy the book off on Ebay. Malcolm Dyche never threw anything away for 60 years, I am still clearing out some of his items from my loft 35 years after his death. Kind regards RobT.
