    Hi Vivienne, thanks for that! Definetly some cross over and I can confirm the Kellys Directories place the The Aeronautical Inspectorate Division at Neville House Waterloo Street. However the gentleman in the post you linked may be confusing it with Neville House - Hagley Road! Thanks again.
