    The billiard hall was also the Ritz club in the 60s/70s wasn't it - run by the Regans who also ran the Plaza in Handsworth and Old Hill? I went there a few times!

    Yes! The building doesn't look in very good condition does it, not with those exposed roof beams at the left side of the house in the picture, possibly some sort of outbuildings.
