    Thanks Lyn for your interest. The photo you show l think is the one viewed from the end of Sand Street looking over whittall street. It does seem odd that there are few other photos in existence .

    Are there any there any more photos of st Mary's whittall street other than the Airial ones and the one taken from the end of Sand street, considering the church was demolished in 1928 l find it most peculiar that so few images exist today. Does any one have any.
