    hi, i must admit this has been very enlightening to read. I am trying to do my son in laws family tree for him and just found that his grandmother was a resident of Cathcart street, her name was daisy jones ( 1919- 2003 ) i believe her parents were George Albert and Rosa ( nee longdon ) Jones...
