Yes MWS that's correct, in my tree (link in my last post) I have Sarah Gibson nee Terry, her parents were David Terry and Sarah Ann Horton 1816-1898.

My nephew drives for one of these companies the targets they have for daily deliveries makes it impossible to even stop and say hello to the recipients.
When I worked for Brooklyn Garage in the early 1960s the son of one of our customers took his dad's Austin A60 out in the evening and at some time after midnight wrapped it round the corner pillars of the Beacon Motors showroom. He suffered multiple injuries and was touch and go for a while but...
My recollection of the Renown is that they had inadequate thickness of metal around the steering box which needed reinforcing because the box tore out of its mounting., Repaired three of them back in the day.
