    Its called British Bakerys now, quite a big place, they deliver bread to most of the supermarkets in the midlands from there every day, and to distribution centres all over the country, got a mate who works there.

    There are a few photo,s and a little info. on the Silver St. depot in a book by Barrie Geens, called From Kings Heath to the Country. The Trafalgar Rd. Depot was on The Moseley Rd. in Moseley.

    You can still ride on a tram every day at Seaton in East Devon, over about a 3 mile route which is very scenic.

    I had a phone call juat an hour ago to say a cousin of mine who was 70, and a really nice bloke, had a sudden heart attack while driving, ran into another car and turned over and died, never had a heart problem in his life before, make every day count, you just never know what life has in store.

You are right it is a J4, but some of them had sliding doors, heres a photo of an FG I drove for Lawrence Bros. of Ladywell Walk, as you say with suicide doors,used to be called the threepenny bit cab, this one had a 4 litre six cylinder petrol engine, and went like the clappers...
