    Hi Smudger, I was never on full names with Mr Jones but liked him, and yes Clarke was a nasty(Head) Marching! into class after sliding right down into the cycle shed was a great pass time, if you could get there early enough? Probably too dangerous now:eek: catcha..;)

    Lyn,We are in Adelaide Sth. Australia, been here since 1969, We were married in 1959 in All Saints church, from Doidge rd. which makes the church very special..saw the 'last Rellie'in 2004 .. I 'Will' treasure the pics. Thanks again!!

    Hi anybody! they tell me that Snow Hill is being 'done up' anyone remember the diesel 'Bluebird' railcar which ran from Snow Hill to Wolverhampton? I also remember that machine which stamped your name, we had them sewn on our school bags, Cheers. P.S it always looked like smoke anyway:) \\

    G'Day Alan/Astonian, My father drove trams on the 78-79-2 lines,in that period 36/51, for nearly thirty years, and many times I would have to take him a jug of tea and snap, waiting at George rd staying on till Shortheath terminus, then coming back, also remembered was the times we had as kids...

    G'Day, If anyone can tell me if All Saints Church is still alive and well? We were married there in 1959, to see inside in 2004 we had to rouse the Vicar for the key, I knew that Dennis ( my names sake) and we used to buy all the "Rose" food off him, anyone regognise these names...

Wonder if you know whether she still around ?? All the best. I lived at 27 Doidge rd ...
