We moved from Aston in1966 I think,we were the last family in 4/43 upper Webster Street, pulled down after. We went all rotten posh and bought a house in Norfolk Road, Erdington. Moved to Lincolnshire in 1975.

The mention of Malt loaf takes me back to my being a nipper. Mom used to take me to the Star cinema,bottom end of Slade Road and on the way she would buy me a malt loaf to munch during the film. I still buy them today, lovely with butter.

Bit before my time. We lived at 57, far end on the riight. Good 3bedroom houses, we had a new kitchen and shower room built on the back. Happy days.
