    Well good news (feel a bit of a plonker) I never thought to ask my uncle about the photo, so I emailed him a copy and he got back to me, my uncle Charles is in the photo he is second row down from the top third one in, he sadly passed away over twenty years ago, but at least now I know it is him...

    Hello Angjim yes I lived in Folliott road, we moved there when I was 3 in 1964 the school had changed name from lea villiage to Mirfield when I went there, my mom went there too, she used to live on Coal Hall lane.

    I have been informed that the army photo and the motor bike photo aren't connected the bike photo is post war, I think it was probably one of my dads pals when he done his national service.
