    Cox's Bakeries

It looks like Coral's was 197&195, the entry on the far right would have accessed No. 193. On the image attached I think No. 193 is just hidden from view by the pub. Another case of so near but so far.

    Mill Lane Digbeth

I found this other image of Broadbents and Mill Lane on the Digbeth thread posted by Stitcher, think it should be included here. Appears to be a Phyliss Nicklin original.

    heavy snow warning for birmingham

We moved to Cannock just in time for the 62/63 winter, missed school just 1 day that winter and even then I walked there, the snow was piled up either side of the pavement, when I got there the school had been closed.

    Soho Road Handsworth

It certainly appears that the Handsworth Historical Society got it wrong, I hope this helps to correct the mistake highlighted by Crabslaw.

    St Marys School Wills Street

Hi Lyn, sorry it's taken so long, this is the only aerial view I can find, the school is in the centre of the image but very poor quality I'm afraid. What looks like a very high wall, is actually the back of the row of houses facing the playground.
