No Susan, The building you can see is the Telsen building on Thomas Street and Phillips Street, the course of Thomas Street was altered when they were building the express way it goes through the middle of Thomas Street.

One of the last occupants was a Edith N Latham who died in December 1979, I knew her from my days living in Aston, she just to tell me off for being cheeky to her but while living in the prefabs she would wait for me to pass her home when I was coming home from work and call me into her house...

The prefabs were still there until at least the mid 1970's, I am sure they had gone by 1980 but cannot be certain but they certainly were still standing and occupied until the date I stated.
