    Hi Kat, I noticed Age UK have information on how to get on courses: https://www.ageuk.org.uk/information-advice/work-learning/education-training/ I may be looking myself as I retire in December, I think botanical gardens also hold courses. Hope to do one of their photography courses next year...

    The tram shed is currently used as a wall climbing centre and skate park. There is no evidence that this is going to change soon.

    So sad to see this, I do know back in the early 2000's they used down stairs as a skateboard park, not sure how it faired during that time. I worked for a security company and we held keys for the out of hours alarm activations. The whole of this area is looking tired and unkept

    I found a Mary Carl born in Scotland in Neilston, Renfrewshire in 1868 not sure if this was your Mary Carl. But it could be the Scottish connection. Her Parents were Thomas Carl and Mary (nee Mallie)
