    Definitely not Herb Robert which grows well in my garden! . However it is very shallow rooted, almost lies on top of the soil and is very easy to pull up.

    This book was presented to my grandfather in 1886 when he would have been 6 years old. The only Smith Street school I can find was in Hockley although at the time I think he lived in Floodgate Street which seems a fair distance away!
