Any pigeon experts here? We get a few of these in the garden most days but they fly off when I knock the window and don't cause much of a problem (unlike the magpies, but that's another story!). The other day however one of the pigeons didn't fly off even when I went outside, and when I sat down...

During a discussion yesterday my wife commented that every Sunday when she was little the swings were locked together and chains put round the slides so they couldn't be used (this was in Cheshire). This was also the case where my Gran lived in Radnorshire (as it was then). Can anyone remember...
