    Yes Nick those were the colours.I started in the cub pack first and then went into the scout troop.stayed on until I left the area in '67.Like Fatfingers I too was christend there,also my parents were married at the church. Keegs.

    I am sure that Tilton Rd was Small Heath,Birmingham 9.I lived there from the mid 50s until 1967 ,the adress was always the same.

    I remember Joe Bradford well.In the late '60s-early '70s I worked for Birmingham City F.C and Joe worked in the Blues pools office in Cattle Road.We spent many a lunchtime chatting.He was such a wealth of knowledge and a true gentleman.

    That explains it then,my mum lived in two different houses in Tilton Road and was bombed out of both of them.They were aiming for the chip shop in Garrison Lane!!
