    Yes Stitcher,just serving their apprenticeship.as we all did.No better way to learn the trade than playing live.There were so many places to play back then,baptisms of fire. You had to work to get them on your side,but when you did,nothing like it.

    I saw so many of the bands mentioned play there.A great little club.Fab times.There was a reunion gig at Ronnie Scotts on Broad street,just before it closed.People like Adrian Henry,Stan Webb(ex Chicken Shack),Blodwyn Pig and loads of others turned up and entertained with stories and music.

    Oh the memories. I seemed to spend a lot of time in there meeting girls,taking them to the Silver Blades Ice Rink,droping them off there again.Then racing across to Dale End to get my bus. :rapture:
