    In 1891 there is a Fredric Foster living with Samuel's family born abt 1870 Carbrook, Yorkshire, England, he's down as a visiter. the family are living 1 West Bromwich St Oldbury. So there must be some connection to the name 'Foster', could Sam's mother have married twice ?
