    Park or Pagoda on Cheapside?

    I came across this on Cheapside and have not been able to find anything on what it is. Sat between Barford Street and Rea Street. Park, Bandstand, Pagoda, memorial? What ever it is it was gone by 1960, replaced by a filling station - any ideas?
