    My sisters had a Dansette i used to play the 45's at 33 rpm then speed them up to 78 rpm which i thought was funny at the time. Little things come's to mind.

    Went in back in 1979 only once . As Stokkie said the views were spectacular it would be nice to refurbish it as it is part of the Birmingham Skyline but nothing is cheap. Who knows only pictures and fond memories may be a reminder of the Rotunda in it's prime.

    Myself and my then father- in- law done the Birmingham Mail walk from Moor Street Station to Snow Hill Station. Which was excellent when we approached around about halfway underneath we were told by the guide a railway worker was killed by an accident due to the blackouts . There were areas...

    I have still got some polish brushes ones to apply the polish and the others to buff them to a shine . Used to do the same with football boots and dubbin. Was the old phrase Spit and Polish.
