    Time and Study would come and time us doing certain jobs first thing you did was not to use air tools just good old fashioned muscle power to undo or free off bolts or nuts . Takes me back.

    Put artificial ones in . What a shame . That's progress for you or 20,000 plants means some Council members fact finding trips abroad being cancelled . Do not put thoughts into their heads about concreating the beach where will they get the sand from for the mix ha ha.

    Remember a Circus in the park off Heybarnes Road and Chipperfields Circus off Walsall Road. The Funfair at Stetchford and the Ritz playing fields.

    Fair comment that is was happened back then and we knew no different . Hindsight is a wonderful thing and people just got on with it. You cannot change what happened back then. That is how it was .
