    Hi i used the railway regulary in the 50s and early 60s and im sure we stopped at Bordesly station. But if my memory serves me right not every time. I never used the station myself though.

    Hi Redhill road Hay Mills was my school, i played cricket for them 1953-54 I can only remember playing three games though and I think we won them all. I think it was Mr Mason who ran the team, he was involved in most of the sports in my time at that school.

    Wilmot Breedon used to put on a very good party in the late 40's and early 50's. I went for about six years on the trot and enjoyed them all. Does this kind of thing go on these days?

    Hi mom worked there through the war, and dad worked there for about forty years from the 1940's till around 1980. he worked in K block for the last twenty five years of service. His name was Ronnie Beetison. They never talked to me about the picture or what it was all about.

    Courtyards and yards of brum

    sorry ive been out all day so i have only just seen this. Brumgum as got it smack on with the Hay Mills boundries. it is just a small place, with a very close community. Thats how i remeber it any way.
