    How sure are you of the Doctors name, I went to that Drs in the 1940's, and always thought the Doctors surname was "Loscett". The spelling I'm not sure of as I was very young but I seem to recall on the door plate it started "Lo", also, on the photo, I see the bus stop where I got off the no 19...
